Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues might not receive a delivery of product from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 10 business days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered as received.
If the product is not as per order placed or broken or damaged then return the product within 15 days of the receipt of product. Shipping charges will be bear by you. After receiving product at our office address refund amount will process within 2 to 3 working days.
