In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance issues, flight delays, unavailability of ordered items, or other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However, we always try our best to ensure delivery within the estimated time mentioned above.
If the ordered item(s) do(es) not reach the customer within 30 days of shipping from India, we will offer a full refund, provided the tracking information does not indicate that delivery was attempted at the customer’s doorstep.
If the package has no tracking number, we will assume on good faith that delivery was not attempted, and we will refund the full amount after 30 days from the shipping date.
If the package is returned to us due to attempted delivery failure or a wrong shipping address provided by the customer, we can reship the order only after receiving an email from the customer with the correct address.
