Due to some mailing issues, you might not receive a delivery of the product from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department in writing within 10 business days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered as received.
If the product received is not as per order, or is broken or damaged, then it must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. Shipping charges will be borne by you. After receiving the product at our office address, the refund amount will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
